In reference to your comment of morning temple sacrifice in the future how would you look at Hebrews 13: 10-17?

    1. Dailyaudiotorah1108 says:

For the bodies of those animals, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned outside the camp. Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate. Therefore let us go forth to Him, outside the camp, bearing His reproach. Hebrews 13:11-13
Yeshua is the fulfillment of the Daily Tamid Lamb offering. This lamb was offered in the outer courtyard of the Tabernacle twice per day, at 9am and 3pm. The lamb was to be slaughtered mercifully, then prepared and placed upon the altar and burnt whole. The daily tamid lamb offering points us to Yeshua. It is a shadow picture, a “remez” hint of the lamb of God to come who would take away the sins of the world.
      See also 2 Chron 29:27-28.
When the Third temple is built/restored, these offerings (peace offerings, thank offerings, daily tamid lamb offerings) will be reinstituted and the Levitical priesthood (Zadok lineage) will do the Temple services. We do not put our trust in an animal sacrifice to take away sin. We put our trust in Yeshua, who takes away our sin. However, the Temple service of the future will be looking BACK at what Yeshua did…yet another shadow picture pointing us to Yeshua!
On another level, The Temple is in our soul/spirit. The altar of that Temple is our heart. Each one of us is a “Living stone” to build out this living Temple and Yeshua is the Chief cornerstone, the stone that the builders rejected. However, it is clear from Ezekiel 40: 6 through Ezekiel 47 that there will be a literal Third Temple in Jerusalem. And, it will be inhabited by Yeshua, who will rule and reign for 1000 years. So, it is good to study and learn about the Temple. We don’t worship the building, we worship the one who will INHABIT that building!
